Job Description
This position is responsible for the development of concept papers, business cases, system strategies and requirements for the global implementation of PeopleSoft Finance and Human Resource systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create and implement HRIS & Finance systems vision, direction, migration and life cycle plans.
2. Develop conceptual plans that meet measurable benchmarks of internal and external customer satisfaction. This includes managing expense budget plans, developing business cases, identifying and assessing productivity opportunities and determining strategic fit conditioned by technical feasibility.
3. Identify, develop, and manage contractual, technical, and consulting relationships with strategic partners and providers, including joint ventures and subsidiary relationships and projects.
4. Gather, validate, and evaluate business system requirements through market and customer research, competitive, product research and GAP analysis.
5. Develop functional specifications for assigned system features to include effective system and user interface design, rapid prototyping, system validation testing, and usability testing, while ensuring that the system strategy is adhered to throughout the system life cycle.
6. Develop and deliver materials to the appropriate user organizations, which convey the purpose and details of the system, definition of its user, benefits to the customer, customization capabilities, and competitive comparison.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Strong background in PeopleSoft Financial applications, specifically PeopleSoft AP/GL functionality
2. 5+ years of experience in a product or system management.
3. In-depth knowledge of system development (MUST have PeopleSoft Finance) and evaluation processes.
4. Strong oral and written communications skills, ability to communicate with internal customers, Senior Management
5. Solid understanding of financial responsibilities, ability to develop ROI for project
6. Experience with the implementation of online and offline products, and challenged associated with systems integration
7. Experience with working with Global systems and users
