The reliability Engineer is responsible for monitoring and improving the performance and the capability of the equipment in the area. They will develop and implement the appropriate maintenance strategy (preventive, corrective, improvement) for the area in order to optimize the availability and manage the human (company mechanics and contractors) and financial resources linked to the activities of the area. In addition will recommend and execute small capital projects. Brings expertise for the area (packaging, processing, or utilities), on major engineering capital projects, support the commissioning phase, and ensure effective start up.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, mechanical, electrical, chemical, Electricity-automation or similar.
  • 3 to 7 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Effective management of a team of technicians in a factory environment.
  • Experience of implementing continuous improvement processes (Lean, TPM, …) particularly for improving reliability of equipment
